Probiotics Decrease Anxiety in CFS

In this double blind study, probiotics decreased anxiety in CFS patients. This is one more example of the interplay of how we feel and our gut — which makes more serotonin and other “brain chemicals” than the brain does!

I recommend that probiotics be taken in “Pearls” form (2 pearls twice a day for 3-5 months, then 1 a day), as otherwise 99.9% of the healthy bacteria get killed by our stomach acid.
