Sleep Makes Pain Go Away

This study showed what we have known for years. That in those with chronic widespread pain (e.g., fibromyalgia), getting good solid restorative sleep is associated with pain relief. Don't underestimate the role of sleep in making your pain go away! Whether you use natural sleep aids like the Revitalizing Sleep Formula (if you are achy and tired but just can't fall or stay asleep) and /or Sleep Tonight (if your mind is wide awake at bedtime), or sleep medications from our treatment protocol list, getting 8 hours of sleep a night is key to pain relief. This is why it is the "S" in our SHINE Protocol!
