Vitamin B for Better Moods

For many years I've told my patients that optimizing vitamin B levels can improve their mood. Now, a new study shows that vitamin B is a must for staying positive in the face of unrelenting stress.

Australian researchers studied 60 people who were under a lot of stress at work. Half took high-dose B vitamins and half didn't. After three months, those taking the B's had less mental and emotional strain, less confusion, and were less likely to feel dejected and depressed.
