Multivitamins Improve Memory

Don't forget to take your multivitamin. A study shows that multivitamin supplements can help improve your short-term memory, the kind you use constantly during the day to function effectively.

Australian researchers analyzed data from 10 studies involving more than 3,000 people and found that those who took a multivitamin had an average 32 percent better performance on tests of short-term memory. That's an important finding for people with fibromyalgia, who typically have short-term memory problems because of the fibro.
