Strontium for Osteoporosis

Yet another study shows the mineral strontium (700 mg as strontium ranelate) to be highly effective for osteoporosis, increasing bone density by 7-15% over 4 years. Spine fractures also were much lower in the strontium group (vs. placebo). This has been demonstrated in a number of earlier studies. Strontium is discussed in my overview on treating osteoporosis naturally and strontium and other nutrients needed for making your bones stronger are found in the Bone Health product.
