Vitamin D Supplementation May Reduce the Risk of Falls

Most of us know that Vitamin D deficiency can cause loss of bone density (see "Natural Treatments for Osteoporosis") and broken bones. Did you know that Vitamin D deficiency has been shown in multiple studies to actually even increase the risk of your falling? To prevent this risk, get at least 800 units of Vitamin D a day.
