End Fatigue
Vinegar and Weight Loss
Although vinegar (acetic acid) has been touted as a remedy for many problems, there has been little research in the area. A recent mouse study suggests that adding vinegar to the diet may help turn off some of the “fat making” genes. In the study, the vinegar group of mice gained 10% less weight than the control group.
Though not a substitute for the numerous other more important factors in Losing Weight, such as diet, exercise, adequate sleep, and optimizing thyroid function, it may be worth using rice vinegar (use the one with a bit of sugar) or other tasty vinegars in cooking or for salad dressings.
